Welcome to Chitlada's Villas

My name is Chitlada Dermthumram. I'm Thai, originally from Bangkok, and I now call Koh Samui home — a tropical island with exceptional weather year-round, even through the monsoon season.

Home Garden is four small villas I built in 2026, each to the same standard and each fitting two guests — ideal for a group of up to eight who want to stay together while keeping their own privacy.

Bo Phut beach and the restaurants of Fisherman Village are both a few minutes away by scooter. Chaweng's nightlife is a little further, if you want it.

New build, same standard throughout

Finished in 2026 — new plumbing, new AC, new furniture. All four villas on the plot are built and fitted out to the same standard.

A private keybox and your own door — no shared hallway, no front desk hours to work around. Check in from 3pm.

Quiet by design, just minutes from everything

Bo Phut beach and the restaurants of Fisherman Village are both a few minutes away by scooter — close enough for a swim before breakfast, far enough that you won't hear the beach bars from bed. Chaweng's nightlife is a little further, if you want it.
